Now you can accept orders done through online payments for your store and get the money directly credited to your linked bank account.

To set up online payments for your store go to Manage and then click on Payments. You’ll see the below screen. There are two options to verify through which you can accept online payments - UPI and Bank Details.

If you want to verify using UPI, select the UPI ID radio button and enter your UPI ID linked to the bank account in which you want the money to be transferred.

If you want to verify using Bank Account, select the Bank Account radio button and enter bank details like account holder name, account number, IFSC code to which you want the money to be transferred.

Once entered, accept the terms & conditions by checking the box. After that, click on Verify Bank Account at the bottom right to finish the process.

If your payment profile is verified successfully, you’ll see the below message and you can start accepting online payments.

Once your verification is done, go to Manage and select Payments to see what all you can do with this feature.

You’ll see the below dashboard where you can change your default payment method, see the online transactions and change your payment profile to receive money into a different account.

Let’s explore these step by step:

  • Default Payment Method - This option allows you to set your preferred payment methods for your store. Click on this option and you’ll see three options to choose from. By selecting the Cash on Delivery option, you can only accept cash on delivery orders from customers. By selecting the Online Payments option, you can only accept online payments. If you want to accept both - cash on delivery and online payments - select Both Options (we recommend selecting this option).

  • Payments Overview - In this section, you will get an overview of previous online payments done at your store. You can see the total amount received, the amount on hold, and the amount refunded (if any).

  • Payment Profile - If you wish to change the account to which you want to receive the money, you can do this by clicking on the Payment Profile option. Once clicked, you’ll see the prompt shown below. Click on the Change Payment Profile button.

When you click the button, you’ll see the below prompt. Click on the Continue button to proceed.

Transaction Charges:

We charge the following processing fees on online transactions. Also, the maximum transaction charges are capped to Rs. 150 per transaction. This means that you won't be paying more than Rs. 150 on transaction charges if the order amount is big.
