How to install Drift Live Chat on your Dukaan store

Here's how you can start using Drift chat:

  • To start using Drift, create an account on Drift or log in (if you have one)

  • Click on your profile icon and select Settings

  • Now on the left navigation bar, click on Drift Widget under the “App Settings” section

  • Click on Install and Select JavaScript

  • At the end of the code snippet, you'll find a line that has your Drift ID. For example, if the last line which loads drift is drift.load('y8pvgfy768wd'); then your Drift ID will be y8pvgfy768wd

  • Now, Install the Drift plugin on Dukaan

  • Click on Settings and it’ll ask for Drift ID. Paste the copied ID in the form input and save

  • The widget will now be visible on your storefront

  • Paste your Drift ID here on Dukaan to complete the installation

Click on update to start using Drift Live Chat on your Dukaan store.
