How to use the Limechat plugin on Dukaan

The Limechat plugin is a powerful tool that allows you to send WhatsApp communications by creating webhooks for new orders received, order status updates, abandoned orders, and more.

This feature can enhance the customer shopping experience by providing timely updates and reminders.

Once the plugin has been enabled on your store, you can set up the webhooks for different events such as:

  • New Order Received: This webhook triggers when a new order is placed on your store. You can use this to send a confirmation message to the customer via WhatsApp.

  • Order Status Update: This webhook triggers when the status of an order changes (e.g., from 'Processing' to 'Shipped'). You can use this to keep your customers updated about their order status.

  • Abandoned Order: This webhook triggers when a customer adds items to their cart but does not complete the purchase. You can use this to send a reminder or offer a discount to encourage the customer to complete their purchase.

Plug these into your Limechat dashboard and you would get the callback URL for it that you can use to set up the webhooks from Dukaan's end to trigger the message from Limechat.
