How to install LiveChat on your Dukaan store

Here’s how you can start using the LiveChat plugin:

  • To start using this plugin, create an account or log in to LiveChat.

  • Navigate to the Settings tab from the left sidebar.

  • Click on the Website under Channels.

  • Copy the license ID under the code box in the “Install LiveChat code manually” option.

  • Paste this license ID in the input in the Dukaan plugin’s settings page after installing it.

Click on Update to start using LiveChat on your Dukaan store
