How to enable online payments for your store?

Note: This guide is specific to setting up online payments for Indian stores. If you're interested in configuring online payments for stores located outside India, please click here.

1. Accessing Payment Setup and Choosing Your Provider:

  • Navigate to settings from the left side menu.

  • Click on Payments to initiate the online payment setup.

  • On the Payments screen, you'll find three options for online payments - Dukaan Pay, Razorpay, and PhonePe.

Note: Transactions using Razorpay or PhonePe are directly processed through them, not Dukaan. Manage returns and refunds through Razorpay or PhonePe dashboard. (Integrate Razorpay/PhonePe)

2. Setting Up Dukaan Pay:

  • If you prefer Dukaan Pay, click on Set up.

  • Choose between UPI and Bank Details for verification.

3. Verification via UPI:

  • Select the UPI ID button.

  • Enter your UPI ID linked to the designated bank account.

4. Verification via Bank Account:

  • Choose the Bank Account button.

  • Provide account holder name, account number, and IFSC code.

5. Accept Terms and Conditions:

  • Check the box to accept the terms & conditions.

  • Click Verify Bank Account to complete the setup.

6. Confirmation and Activation:

  • Once verification is successful, you can start accepting online payments.

7. Manage Payouts:

  • Navigate to the Payouts option in the left side menu.

  • Your Payouts dashboard displays past transactions, their status, and pending/completed payouts.
