  • We've added support to use web.mydukaan.io in more than 100 languages.

  • To change the language for current session, goto Account -> Dashboard language

  • Select the language you want to use.

  • Note: This changes the dashboard language only, your storefront language is not changed.

  • Packages can be selected when adding shipment weight.

  • We've removed the service charges for the Appsumo users.

🗓 Oct 22, 2023:
Mark order as spam/fake

📋 Summary:

  • You can now mark a specific order as spam/fake by clicking a button "mark as spam order" and the service fee that Dukaan had deducted will automatically get credited back to your Dukaan wallet.

  • This is not applicable only for orders that are not marked as "delivered" yet.

  • This is not applicable for orders that are created via "create manual order" mode.

New Pricing Plans Added

📋 Summary:

  • New Plans Launched: Free, Starter, Growth (effective from Oct 1, 2023).

  • Old Plan Updates: Effective from Oct 11, 2023, with changes in service fees and accessibility to Dukaan Seller Web across all plans.

  • Service Fees: Updated for Silver, Gold, and Platinum Plans, replacing old PG Fees with new Dukaan Service + Payment Gateway Charges​.
