Understanding Dukaan Fees & Payment Charges
Key Definitions:
1. Dukaan Service Fee: A percentage fee Dukaan charges on all orders. This is for using the platform. The rate depends on your subscription plan.
2. Payment Gateway Charges: A percentage fee charged by payment providers when you make a transaction.

🚨 Important Note:
Dukaan Service Fee doesn't cover payment gateway charges.
This applies to all orders, including Cash on Delivery (Note: Service fee won't be charged on Cash on Delivery orders for Infinity plan users).
Payment Gateway Charges (By Provider)
1. Dukaan Pay
UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, Wallets, Credit Card EMI, Cardless EMI: 1.99%
International Card, Multicurrency Cards: 2.99%
Disputes: Payments are held for any disputes. Amount refunded if the dispute is lost.
2. Razorpay
Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard): 2.00%
Debit Cards (below ₹2000): 1.00%
Debit Cards (above ₹2000), Net banking (major banks), Wallets: 1.50%
American Express, Diners Club, International Cards, EMI: 3.00%
3. PhonePe: Charges not provided.
🚨 Important Note:
No upper cap on these charges.
All charges are before the 18% GST.

1. Free Plan & UPI Payment on Dukaan Pay for ₹1,00,000
Service Fee: ₹236.0 (capped at ₹200 plus GST)
Payment Gateway Charge: ₹2348.2
Total Deduction: ₹2584.2
2. Growth Plan & Credit Card Payment on Dukaan Pay for ₹1,00,000
Service Fee: ₹236.0
Payment Gateway Charge: ₹2348.2
Total Deduction: ₹2584.2
3. Gold Plan & International Card on Razorpay for ₹1,00,000
Service Fee: ₹236.0
Payment Gateway Charge: ₹3528.2
Total Deduction: ₹3764.2
